One of our clients, a group of bagel stores, has hired us to do a variety of things to help their business grow:

Excel: Created an excel sheet that combines three vendor reports into one sheet to make weekly ordering and price comparisons easier.

Process Mapping: Mapping out the shopping experience for their new catering shopping cart site, liaison between the company owner and their agency, managing the built with their programmers, and advising on back room procedures to process the orders.
